Pilates sessions at Studio SB are for you to be met with a deeply knowledgable and highly experienced Pilates professional and to have a personalised format of Pilates for you/you and one other. These sessions allow for the instructor to really get to know and understand each unique body, shape and its specific needs. These Pilates appointments bring movement at a pace that suits you and cater to troubleshoot pain and problem areas. You can get to really understand what you’re doing and why, ask any questions freely and be met with attention to detail. Our goal is to make movement accessible to you - regardless of restrictions, injuries or health conditions.

Teens Sport and Conditioning
